Features of Calcium Chloride for Ice Control
When applied to icy surfaces, calcium chloride releases heat to melt ice and snow on sidewalks and outdoor areas. Our high-quality deicing bagged products with calcium chloride are a popular choice for many winter maintenance operations.
- Melts ice and snow on average between 0°F to -25°F.
- Use: Wear gloves. Apply product evenly over the snow-covered surface. Remove the slush once the snow and ice have melted.
